MetaCrust builds a reliability-first secure communications platform for low-power IoT devices operating in low-connectivity and harsh environments (mining, industrial, marine, and remote healthcare). Our solution has three layers: (1) a lightweight device SDK, (2) a hardware-agnostic intelligent gateway agent (runs on mobile/edge nodes or dedicated gateways), and (3) a cloud monitoring, audit, and compliance layer. MetaCrust’s gateway acts as a “reliability overlay” on top of existing networks (Wi-Fi/LTE/5G/LoRa/satellite) to address packet loss, dead zones, and intermittent backhaul. It enables buffering during outages, recovery/retransmission at ingest, integrity/authenticity validation, and network observability—so teams can prove what was missed, when, and why. The platform provides operational telemetry, anomaly alerts, troubleshooting evidence, and compliance-ready logging.Our goal is to reduce blind time, cut investigation hours caused by missing/late data, and improve end-to-end data completeness for mission-critical operations—without hardware redesign and with minimal energy overhead.
