Industrial metaverse platform that brings to market the most precise operations control technology based on 3D. It consists on the 3D digital twin of the area of interest, which is a combination between real-time data from multiple data sources (controllers, cameras, sensors, etc.) and 3D precise model of that area, to virtually replicate in real-time and with high accuracy what is happening.The 3D digital twin serves as a domain to run a very precise 3D physics-based algorithm which can in real-time calculate other parameters that are not being physically measured, but are important to fully understand what is happening in the operation.This capability is called virtual sensing, and together with data from physical sensors, it allows a high accuracy of operations control, improving its efficiency and avoiding any problem, as everything that is happening is precisely monitored.The industrial metaverse platform can be applied to many sectors such as industrial production lines, warehouses, smart cities, and sports.
