EcoWires is an innovative and highly scalable printing technology for flexible electronics dedicated to fundamentally transforming the manufacturing of these systems. We address the global need for sustainable technologies in several markets that need customizable, flexible electronics solutions.The flexible circuits created using EcoWires technology significantly reduce the environmental impact of printable electronics. Our core innovation lies in two main factors. First, we have replaced traditional industry reliance on toxic, expensive, metal-based inks and synthetic, petroleum-derived substrates with a new formulation based on cheap, abundant, renewable materials. Secondly, we have developed a new single-step printing methodology to replace conventional multi-step, time-consuming and expensive layer-by-layer printing technologies with a fully customizable injection technology. This shift enables the design of eco-friendly and multifunctional flexible electronic products that can be seamlessly adapted for use in various industrial and consumer sectors. This way, our business model will rely on licensing agreements and constant optmization directly with clients. Our immediate goal is to refine our fabrication methodology to produce viable prototypes across several application fields, demonstrating the technology’s market readiness and cementing EcoWires’ role as the leading sustainable manufacturing solution for the next generation of flexible electronic systems.
