ESA BIC – European Space Agency Business Incubation Centre – in Portugal is looking for teams or startups, to use space technologies on non-space innovative solutions, or exploitation non-space technology in the space market.
The ESA BIC Portugal startups benefit from €50k non-equity funding, technical support, a door opener to international investors, business development support & advice up to two years, networking and exclusive events.

ESA Business Incubation Center at Porto is promoted by UPTEC since the beginning of the programme in Portugal, in 2014, and was recently reinforced by the integration of CEiiA.
This collaboration between UPTEC and CEiiA allows companies access to a multidisciplinary ecosystem of innovation, with a strong connection to University and Industry.
UPTEC
UPTEC – Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto supports the creation and development of business projects in the arts, sciences and technologies and hosts innovation centres from national and international companies.
CEiiA
CEiiA is a Centre of Engineering and Product Development that designs, develops and operates innovative products in the mobility industries, namely Automotive and Urban Mobility, Aeronautics, Ocean and Space.
