Get Funded is a completely free investment academy, designed to guide startup founders through every stage of the fundraising journey. This series of intensive, structured workshops covers everything from when and how to raise capital to negotiating a successful exit.

Over five sessions, participants will gain essential knowledge and practical strategies to secure investment and scale their startups effectively.

Analysing and negotiating term sheets. How to read, understand and negotiate term sheets. Focus on key terms, potential pitfalls, investor rights and how to protect founders’ interests.

03 Navigating early-stage investment – 23 April
Preparing for investors: materials, metrics and strategy. Preparing financial documents, presentations, data rooms, traction metrics and legal preparations. Participants will learn what investors expect and how to build trust and credibility from the outset.

01 Fundamentals of financing – 26 February Understanding the financing landscape, start-up stages and types of capital. An introduction to the basics of start-up financing, exploring when and why to raise funds, the differences between equity, debt and alternative financing, and aligning financing with the start-up’s maturity and objectives.
