Due to the high commissions charged in the sector, many sellers choose to sell their properties independently, but often face challenges such as unqualified contacts, unnecessary visits, lack of transparency and complex, time-consuming processes.

On the buyers’ side, there is wasted time with irrelevant properties, unclear information and interactions without real compatibility. Although digital platforms exist, they mainly focus on property visibility and do not solve the core problems: qualification, trust, efficiency and compatibility throughout the entire real estate journey."
