Airbot Technology Limited (airport.ai) is an A.I. company working on automating customer support for the air travel industry. We have developed a software-as-a-service platform allowing airports to communicate efficiently with passengers on their websites, mobile applications or 3rd-party messaging applications. We are currently working with 25 airports around the world, including Frankfurt, Gatwick and Sydney airports.
