For a long time, animal abandonment has been a significant issue. Shelters are full and have limited resources and funding. SoTA aims to tackle this problem by streamlining the operations of these shelters, allowing volunteers to focus on the animals while connecting the shelters to potential adopters.We have proposed two products:• The Ark Manager: a multi-instance solution that allows shelters to easily manage volunteers, donations, adoptions, and crucial animal data, all in one place, in a way that is structured, organized, consistent, and, most importantly, available at all times to all the volunteers.• The Ark Connection: a single-instance data aggregator serving as a one-stop shop for people to find animals up for adoption. Using this platform, a potential adopter can search and filter for the perfect animal for them, knowing that the information is always up to date since it’s being fed real-time data from The Ark Managers in the shelters. Additionally, people will be able to donate to the organizations and apply for volunteering.
