knok is a SaaS healthcare / insure tech startup offering an integrated solution for remote consultations through a combination of AI triage, scheduling, video consultation, electronic health records and integration with insurers, hospitals or clinics in one single tech platform, with web and mobile apps.Why does it matter? Clinical practises are being challenged to offer remote solutions and they either have to adopt massive, multi-million dollar projects that fundamentally change the existing procedures and workflow, or use Skype, with lack of GDPR compliance, patient friendliness, or integration and easy access to health records and data for patients and physicians. In secondary and tertiary care, there are very few scaleable options available.
